Free Citizenship Assistance

- You will need to bring the following to your appointment:
- Permanent Resident Card
- Driver’s License or I.D.
- Passport
- Work and addresses for the past 5 years
- Travel history out of the country for the past 5 years
- Marriage Certificate/Divorce Decree (if applicable)
- Children’s basic info (DOB, address, etc.)
- Recent Tax Return/Proof of Means-tested Benefit (needed to check eligibility for a fee waiver
