You will need to bring the following documents and information to your appointment:
Bring a record of work and residency information you may have.
Bring a record of any out of country travel for the past 5 years.
Bring a record of your children’s basic information.
Bring a record of any criminal record you have.
Bring a record of your recent tax return or proof of means-tested benefit.
