JULY 24: FIRST POP-UP VACCINATION CLINIC IN SPARKS, NEVADA

Reno, Nevada (July 5, 2021): The Asian Community Development Council (ACDC) is hosting its first ever pop-up vaccination clinic in Sparks, Nevada on Sunday July 24th from 10AM – 1PM at the Wat Buddhapradeep Thai Temple of Reno. The address is 1100 12th St. in Sparks, Nevada.  A Thai food fair will also be taking place during the clinic.  

ACDC is holding the vaccination clinic in collaboration with Immunize Nevada and OptimuMedicine. Pfizer-BioNTec and Moderna vaccines will be available for first, second and booster COVID-19 shots.  Second boosters will be available for people age 50 and older who received their first booster four months prior.  Pediatric doses of Pfizer will be offered for kids 5-11 as well as boosters for those children who received their second dose at least five months prior.  Mandarin, Malaysian, Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian speakers will be available to assist with non-English speaking clients.
